Salesforce support for companies without their own administrator

Have Salesforce and nobody looking after it?

I take over a Salesforce org after the implementation partner has moved on or the person who ran it has left. Changes, fixes, integrations and user questions, handled as they come, in whatever volume you need: from a few hours a month.

  • 6 years on the Salesforce platform
  • 4 Salesforce certifications
  • Reply within one business day
  • First call free of obligation

Does this sound familiar?

  • An outside vendor did the implementation and stopped answering once the project ended.
  • The one person who knew the system has left.
  • Small changes wait for months because there is nobody to make them.
  • Someone retypes data from the website, the shop or email into Salesforce by hand.
  • You need a few hours of work a month, not a hire and not another project.

Services

  • Post-implementation support

Configuration changes, Flow, Apex, reports, permissions, data clean-up, user support. By the hour or from a monthly pool.

    More

  • Integrations

Outlook and Microsoft 365, Gmail and Google Calendar, website forms, a WooCommerce shop, invoicing and other company systems.

    More

  • AI in Salesforce

Agentforce, Einstein, connecting Claude or ChatGPT through MCP. Permissions in order first, AI second.

    More

  • Free pre-AI audit

10 checks: who has which permissions, which account the agent runs on, what is connected from outside. Report within a week.

    More

  • System review

The state of configuration, code, automations and permissions after the previous vendor. A prioritised list of things to fix.

    More

  • Website and CRM together

Also have WordPress, a shop or other systems? A separate site about CRM and integrations for businesses.

Why one person rather than an implementation partner

  • I know your system every time

No need to explain again who does what and why a field is named the way it is. I keep notes on every system I look after.

  • Small changes are my normal work

A field, a report, a fix in a Flow. Implementation partners wait for a big project; I do what is blocking you today.

  • Salesforce and the rest of the business

WordPress, Outlook, Google, the shop, invoicing. I build the integrations myself, with no third vendor between the systems.

  • A developer, not just an administrator

When configuration is not enough, I write Apex and Lightning Web Components. When it is enough, I do not write code for its own sake.

  • AI from experience, not from a slide deck

I work with Agentforce, Prompt Builder and MCP. I know what an agent with administrator rights does, because I check it in practice.

  • One person accountable

One phone number. One email address. The same person at the quote, during the work and at hand-over.

In numbers

  • 6 yearson the Salesforce platform, since 2020
  • 4Salesforce certifications
  • 3 countriesPoland, Germany, Sweden: companies I have worked for
  • 5,000+active users of my Android apps
  • up to 4free audits a month
  • 1 business dayto reply

How we start

  1. A call

What is broken, what is waiting in the queue, who uses the system and for what. 30 minutes, online.

  2. Access and a short review

The state of configuration, code and permissions. A prioritised list of things to do, with a quote.

  3. The first change

Something small and visible, so you can see how I work.

  4. Then as needed

Single jobs, a block of hours or ongoing support with an agreed response time.

What working together looks like in practice

Three companies I work with today. Names on request during a call, once the clients agree to a public description.

  • Trading company, Salesforce implemented by an outside vendor

    • Situationthe implementation partner finished the project and nobody stayed
    • Formatongoing support
    • Volumeabout 12 hours a month

Day-to-day changes to the sales process, reports for management, tidying permissions after staff leave, answering sales reps’ questions. One person to call when something does not work.

  • Company with Salesforce and a WordPress site

    • Situationtwo systems, two vendors, neither knew the other
    • Formatad hoc plus projects
    • Volume1–2 hours a month, a larger job every six months

Small changes to the site and the CRM, and every so often a bigger piece of work: among others, connecting the site to Salesforce so enquiries go straight to the sales reps.

  • Software company, Salesforce as the central system

    • Situationmy full-time role as System Owner
    • Formatfull responsibility for the org
    • ScopeSales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations

A custom quoting application in Apex and LWC, integrations with the project and HR systems through Workato, permissions, production releases. I bring that experience to smaller companies.

References available on request, with the clients’ agreement.

Someone by the hour or an implementation partner?

For a company that needs a few hours a month, what counts is response time, cost and whether anyone remembers your system.

From the knowledge base

Short pieces about what I check most often at clients.

  • Permissions · AI · 5 min read

    AI agents and permissions

The most common misunderstanding when rolling out AI in Salesforce: that the agent is “something separate”, with its own safe scope. It is not. The agent is a user.

  • Permissions · Users · 4 min read

The vendor account that is still active

In almost every system I take over, I find an active account belonging to someone who stopped working with the company long ago. Usually with full rights. Usually nobody remembers it.

  • MCP · Integrations · 5 min read

    ChatGPT connected to Salesforce

Connecting an AI assistant to Salesforce now takes a few minutes and does not need an administrator. A user login and a consent screen are enough. That is convenient. And that is exactly why it needs putting in order.

Who does the work

I have been building on Salesforce since 2020. Today I am the sole owner of the Salesforce org at a Swedish software company: development, permissions, integrations, production releases. Before that, two years in a Vaillant Group team (loyalty programme, large Apex API, installer portal) and three years at Britenet for clients in education, insurance and finance. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant.

More about me.

Who I work with today. A trading company whose Salesforce was implemented by an outside vendor: ongoing support, about 12 hours a month. A company with Salesforce and a WordPress site: 1–2 hours of changes a month and a larger job every six months, including connecting the site to the CRM. A company with its own mobile app: fixes every two months. Names on request during a call.
